The world is inside deep sea water. There are cities inside water in the sea bed. There's a mafia network in the city just like the sopranos. There is a mafia boss named Higzler. Higzler is an octopus with a human like body. In his gang there is a young mermaid like man called Nerk , his name is Tony. Tony killed Gnarlow, a Whale , following the orders of Higzler. Gnarlow betrayed the Gang somehow. Gnarlow had a family. Higzler also have a family of his own

They make jinx , a substance that makes the sea creatures high , it's a drug. They make it from a dead whale's heart. News of Gnarlow's death made the Orcas curious and they started to search who killed Gnarlow.
